A former mass quantity institutional cook who has cooking in her blood. She cooks and bakes at home now from scratch. Her mantra is “no food wasted”. Readers will learn how she uses bargain ingredients, leftovers, food scraps and various recipes (sometimes none at all) to feed herself and her husband. Yes, she does have foodservice training but doesn’t let that get in her way. Other stuff she enjoys doing are gardening, riding motorcycles, painting and cat parenting.
